LION updates

Literature Online (LION) continues to expand.  Among the most recent additions is the Walt Whitman Quarterly Review.  A number of new or revised biographies have been added, including biographies for John Arden, Anita Brookner, Pam Gems, Mervyn Peake, F.T. Prince, Paul Scott, Peter Whelan and E.B. White.

Literature Online: Author Biographies

The latest release of Literature Online sees the addition of 57 new or revised biographies, including biographies for Rachel Blau DuPlessis, Frank Kermode, Ted Olson, Sterling Plumpp, Mario Puzo, Sapphire, Susan Sontag and Alice Walker. Dictionary of Irish Biography

The online version of the Dictionary of Irish Biography (DIB) is now available. To access the database, logon to the Portal, choose the Learning Resources tab and then choose the letter D under Library Databases A-Z. Click on the DIB link. The printed version of the DIB is held in Magee Learning Resource Centre.
